Day 3

I think day three is done, but the second half of my chicken parm sub is calling me so is whats left of my birthday cake.  We were visiting family in Boston yesterday.  I did my work out when I got home it felt fine took about ten minutes. Then I went surfing for about 2-21/2 hours.  After surfing (in cold water) I have a tendency to want to eat a lot.  Well I didn't go back for the thin mints last night and I'm starting to think I don't need any more food tonight. 
Food for today: Juice w/ protein powder and green powder, 2 bagels w/cream cheese, snickers bar, odwalla bar, half a chicken parm sub. It was all spaced out like one item every couple of hours.

  2. Hah, I felt the same way about the dessert I had two nights ago. On the one hand it's not really PCP compliant, on the other hand, week one only says eat half of what you normally eat. And if I normally eat dessert... :D

    But seriously, I am trying to eat better. ^-^
