13 days down. I had to do one without my scale, because I dropped it.
I think it went fine and I picked up a new one with grams so I don't have to convert to ounces. When is the rest of the world going to stop using metric anyway? Just kidding.
I missed photos for week 1 so I'll have to make sure to get them up for week 2. Pretty tired today, worked Monday and Tuesday night which makes it tough to get to sleep early then up at 4 to feed Taj. Then to compensate I've been drinking about 3 cups of black tea which doesn't feel like a great way to get energy. I feel like I'm griping over little stuff. Mostly I feel great. Not having beer or ice cream late at night has makes mornings a lot nicer. I like getting used to making veggies the main course and so far that feels like a lesson that will continue after day 90. Well that's about all for now. I'm going to go peruse some other pcp blogs. I'll leave you with a couple more photos.
Here's breakfast with out the scale. Looks about right.
The garbage bowl. It doesn't look good. It tastes kind of good, but there is something satisfying when you eat it.
You aren't griping...you are just becoming more in tune with your body! Enjoy the process - it's only going to continue! :)
ReplyDeleteYep, reading your groups blogs will help you get more out of PCP. I read every single post of our 26 people for 90 days. They will help you on your "downer" days and you will help them on theirs....pretty cool!
Yes, what people forget when they think about the booze and sweets is how bad you feel the next day. So you don't get the calorie hit PLUS a nice morning. That's a pretty good trade in.
