The past couple days I've had a lot more energy. I feel like I've come through a period of detox and now my body knows what to do with all the veggies we've been eating. I've also dialed back the caffeine. I went to play in an ultimate frisbee tournament today, did my work out first. I found it much easier to run on the balls of my feet then I have in the past. I also found I didn't need to stray from the diet much. I had a couple of extra pieces of bread, but besides that I stayed with PCP. I feel like I am starting the spring off in better shape then I have in the past few years, but I would like to have more endurance and explosive speed. The tourney was a good time we went 2-2.
