Lots of energy and indulgence
Yesterday I felt like I had limitless energy, even before the brownie sundae. I did my exercises in the morning, then all the usual stuff with the kids, went to visit my parents, put Taj down for a nap and went out surfing, met up with Steph and had my planned indulgence, the sundae. Then went for a little bike ride. The whole day I felt like exercising just dropping down to do push ups or popping up onto furniture to do dips, felt great. Later that night I went to the ultimate frisbee draft. 30 captains get together to draft the 500 players in the league. It's one of those things that people either think is awesome or really lame, kind of like fantasy baseball, but you actually play with the people you pick. So then I gave into a non sanctioned indulgence. I had a beer and a bite (just one) of calamari, and later a couple of pieces of bread. It could have been much worse, used to be six beers, half a pizza and a pint of ice cream. It was nice to wake up and get back onto the PCP plan. It was nice to wake up and know I had a plan in mind of how to eat instead of just an abstract statement of 'I need to eat healthier". I've noticed some cravings creeping back in after the indulgence, nothing major just that sort of unconscious eating tendency. When I am making food for my kids I feel that old habit of wanting to just spoon this or that into my mouth, but its also nice because it reminds me to think about what I am eating. Alright enough for now. I hope everyone is well.

I've had the urge to lick spoons clean and stuff too! Seems like such a waste just dumping it into the sink.

I had a little trouble after indulgences also....it's good training though!
