Almost made it to 1000 jumps with the rope today. I was able to find a nice easy steady pace, I think I've been trying to rush it too much. Nothing fancy, no cross overs or double jumps, but it felt good to get a long consecutive series. Looks like the exercises start to gear up a little this week.

ReplyDeleteI'm jealous! I can't get the hang of the jump rope. The jumping isn't the problem, it's the pain in my legs and the shortness of breath. The shortness of breath will get better I know, but hard to get to that point with the pain it causes in my shins. In order to get up to 897 did you do 50 at a time or 100 at a time or what?
