Feeling good. Carbs were taken off the menu for dinner, but I haven't missed them so far. I feel great after and during work outs. If any of you Portlandiers reading this wanna get together to exercise let me know even you Robert, and you can sing "PCP" in your MacGuyver theme song voice as much as you want. I've noticed I am craving the PCP diet these days. Occasionally still craving other items, but I feel resolved to maintain the PCP diet. Carrots are starting to taste sweet. I've been ending most of my workouts with some yoga and I really appreciate having this time. I've never been very consistent with a home yoga practice so it feels nice to encourage it. I need to get better at getting a longer night sleep on a regular basis. I have a tendency to think of late night as time to myself, but my boys are up early. Alright the blog is looking pretty flat with just text. So here are some of the recent meals. I like that almost all of my meals can be eaten with out utensils. Wraps are big with me lately.
And the big tuperware is handy for on the go.
Your taste buds are changing and you'll start to realize what food REALLY tastes like. Your meals look scrumptious! Your carrot comment made me remember when I had some celery on PCP...never realized how salty it was till I eliminated salt from the diet.
