Day 24

I lost track of a day somewhere.  Today was day 24 and I thought it was 23...what a nice surprise.  How does this look for help with pull ups?  
I can do a couple of sets on my own.   But today I tried using my weakest band to help with the third and fourth set.  I tried stretching it over my knees which doesn't give much help because the band doesn't stretch out very far.  Then I tried putting it below my feet.  It gives a little bit of help when your at the bottom of the pull up.  
Here my system for keeping track of diet and exercise.
On the left.  Exercise.
I have a column for exercise, recommended reps and sets, amount of rest between sets, and then what I actually get done.  I'm trying to push a bit harder with the reps. 
On the right my current diet.  Three meals and three snacks of fruit.
This is a nice view after rolling over with abs burning from holding plank, I bumped it up to three one minute sets might as well get ready if we have 90 seconds coming up.


 Tomorrow I will get into some ideas for the first indulgence day coming up cause I got some ideas.

  1. That's quite a pull up set up. I'm not following what you are doing with the band? The reason I'm asking is because I still need help with pull ups?!

  2. I'll try to get a photo with it in use. I was just thinking it might be easier to loop the band over the bar and let the handles hang down, then you could step your feet in like stirrups.
