Day 17

Surprisingly not sore after the frisbee tournament.  Maybe the healthy eating and daily exercise helped.  I've heard for awhile the weekend warrior is one of the worst things you can do for you body, so it's nice to get more consistent exercise.

  1. Yes, the weekend warrior thing is ridiculous... I see a steady stream of them in my yoga studio with all manner of injuries. Glad you're getting some of the benefits of the active, well fed life!

  2. Woo hoo! Here's to healthy eating. You'll keep finding ways in which it helps you....in other words, healthy eating affects EVERY part of your life and it's amazing in all the ways you'll start noticing how.
