Played in our second ultimate game last night, had a blast and we got our second win which was nice too.  Morning work out went well this morning.  I've been getting on my bike for the past couple of days instead of jumping rope and the change has been nice.  I feel like I could be a bit faster on the ultimate field but hopefully that will come with time, maybe I should add in some running.  Digging the diet, it hasn't been perfect but going way better.  Alright just a quick post to stay up on it.  Hope everyone is doing well.

  1. Don't underestimate the jumping --- it gives you a FULL cardio workout. Loving your mini posts to just check in with everyone!! Blogging is a key component of PCP.

  2. Didn't mean to put down the jump rope, I'm a big fan. But it was nice to give my ankles and knees a break and even more so it was nice to be reminded how beautiful a bike ride at sunrise by the ocean is. Thanks for the support and feed back.
